SRAMH

Social, recreational and intergenerational activities supporting the mental health and well-being of seniors, youth and parents.

About the Program

Socialization and Recreational Activities for Mental Health (SRAMH) is a program designed to support the mental health and well-being of seniors, youth, and parents through meaningful social, recreational, and intergenerational activities.

The program aims to strengthen cultural and generational connections by creating opportunities for seniors to share their knowledge, experiences, traditions, and life lessons with younger generations through storytelling and conversation. SRAMH seeks to reduce social isolation, foster a stronger sense of identity and belonging, and promote positive mental health and well-being for people of all ages.

Where It Runs

SRAMH runs in both Windsor and Kitchener. The Windsor sessions are held at the BCCEEP Centre, 1356 Tecumseh Rd West, and the Kitchener sessions at 991 King Street East.
